Involve
ministers in outreach evangelism activities outside
of GTMBC such as: hospital
visits, nursing home visits, sick and shut in
visits.
Create a duty
rotation schedule for ministers to stand in for the pastor in
specific areas, or in performing specific tasks, as part of their
leadership training and to alleviate some of the Pastor’s
workload.
