WHAT TO EXPECT

What to Expect

You are always welcomed!

We know it can be a little intimidating to walk into a church for the first time – whether you’ve been to others or this is the first time anywhere. In order to ease your mind and to help you know just what you’ll experience, we thought we’d give you a little overview of what you can expect if you come to check out our worship experience.

1. Arrive and Get Parked: Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and get to the auditorium.

2. Find a Place for Yourself and Your Kids: There will be numerous greeters all around. You can ask them to point you to the sanctuary (or to children’s check-in if you have kids).

3. Enjoy the program: Our worship services are designed to excite, inspire and challenge you! It will last about an hour and 45 minutes includes 3 to 4  worship songs from our dynamic gospel choir with a relevant message that applies to your everyday life. Our goal is for you to walk away each week with a modern-day application of a Biblical principle.

4. Relax and Be Our Guest: During our services, you’ll never be singled out as a visitor. You aren’t expected to participate in the offering. You can remain entirely anonymous if you like. The only thing you’ll be encouraged to do is fill out a Connection Card so we know you were with us and can give you some more information. You can take the time to come visit the Connection Center afterwards so we can get to know you a little. When you are comfortable, you can take the next step at the conclusion of the sermon of becoming a partner with us at the Greater Trinity Church, serving in a ministry team or attending New Membership Classes to find out why we do what we do.
